The full 8-week online program is catered to your specific needs and individual nervous system patterns. It offers optional group calls, discussions and lifetime access to the program. You can work at your own pace.
A total of 12, 60-minute video-consult calls, every other week. During these one-on-one calls we will assess nervous system patterns and how they impact your body and mind and define pertinent shifts. We work at renegotiating the mind-body responses and patterns that are holding you back from your goals.
Receive check-in support, via email or text, as often as you need. These check-in's are intended to answer any questions you may have, help you through every day triggers, further solidify the integration of this new framework, and to support you through the learning process.
Gain the skills and tools to track and discover the deeper reasons behind your physical, mental and emotional concerns. Build your awareness of body and mind and rewire locked-in stress response patterns. Grow your ability to see how your outer world is merely a reflection of the inner.
